There are also four horses on De Lange Weide, two large ponies and two small ponies that have their own place in the grass meadow. The village of Dwingeloo, where the Lange Weide is located, is one of the best preserved villages in the northern Netherlands. It was also voted the greenest village in Europe in 2012!
